Return Process

  Log into your Skin Society account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
